DetailsMonarch Sister Schools Program is partnering up with Chesapeake Natives Inc. for a volunteer gardening day. To provide a helping hand for our native pollinators come out to Chesapeake Natives Nursery on Saturday, April 26th, from 9:00am-1:00pm. Help pot up seedlings and plugs. These plants will be used at schools and garden centers this Spring.

DetailsTo mark the 10th Anniversary of Chesapeake Conservation Landscaping Council’s formation, we have revised and updated our seminal document, Conservation Landscaping Guidelines: The Eight Essential Elements of Conservation Landscaping. In the revised edition, all links have been reviewed and updated. It also reflects recent research on the impacts of climate change and sea level rise in our region. A PDF version of the document is available for download on the CCLC web site, and print copies are available for a small fee.
